Today: Rust repair on the pass door and rocker panel.

Here's what I started with - holes in the rocker and on the leading edge of the door.
Started by cutting out the rocker rust and welding in fresh metal. Broke out the Harbor Freight air shears to cut the 16ga steel I used - I had expected them to behave like most tools I'd bought there, but amazingly enough these shears rock. My welds weren't particularly pretty, so I took no pic before grinding.
Then did the same on the holes up higher. Welds were prettier, but still no pre-grind pics.
Today's results from the garage. I've got a few tiny spots at the back of the rockers, 2 more spots on the pass door, and the driver's kick panel, then I am out of rust to repair with sheetmetal for now.
